In2 the Black was established In 2005 to assist companies in marketing to, and working with Government. Our founder, Greg Black, recognised the need for this assistance over the course of his 15 years within Government - developing, writing and evaluating government tenders in Information Technology and Telephony.

Since then, we have assisted many companies in marketing and delivering to Government, as well as engaging directly with private sector organisations and government agencies across a broad spectrum of consulting services.

We offer very cost-competitive services to the commercial and NSW Government markets and recently gained entry under several categories on the NSW Government SMC0020 contract (replacement for ITS2020).

We are one of a small number of companies on the NSW Police management advisory services contract, accredited to provide a range of services including business case development, contract management advice, risk, tender preparation & evaluation.

Our successes to date have been as diverse as assisting our clients in lodging applications for Export Marketing Development Grants; developing IT strategic plans and business cases for large Government agencies; producing practical business continuity plans and a range of other assignments.
