Greg Black (Director)
As Director of In2 the Black, Greg focusses on marketing to Government, business process improvement primarily in the health sector, project management, procurement advice, business case preparation, business continuity planning and bid preparation for a number of clients across a range of industries.
Greg has assisted clients to bid and win major tenders at Federal and State Government level, is on several project steering committees and has been engaged by several large Government and non-Government agencies to develop Request for Tenders, including gathering user needs requirements.
Prior to 2005, Greg worked for 15 years in the NSW Public Sector, where he was the Manager of Carrier Services, Office of Information and Communication Technology (OICT). At OICT he was responsible for the establishment of across Government IT and telecommunications contracts, analytical review of NSW Government agency business cases, providing strategic and operational advice to Government agencies regarding IT and Telecommunications initiatives, representing NSW Government on high level steering and project management committees. Greg also developed and managed several 'across Government' IT projects utilising newer technologies in rural and regional areas.
Greg's expertise lies in his advanced analytical, economic, financial modelling and evaluation skills and excellent relationship brokerage which he has utilised extensively across government at State and Federal levels.
Greg's formal qualifications include a Master of Business (International Marketing - UTS) and Bachelor of Business, (Accounting/Finance - UTS). Greg also holds PRINCE2 (project management) qualifications and is an Accredited Financial Planning representative (ICA PS146 course).
